fallI saw her figure, soraing above me, leaving me in awe as her wings flapped across the sunny sky. Watching her, I though the winds were her friends, allies in her journey ofjoy. But then friends can be deceiving, and as a rough breeze caught her off guard and hit her wing hard, I rushed to her rescue - hands outstretched to catch a weight unknown to me. Would she be as light as she seemed - lighter that the air that she so easily soared in?

She fell, right into my arms - so willingly offered to her. Light as a feather, she moved to look at her broken wing and said,  "I may never fly again."

flashbackMirage awakened from her slumber. She felt Liam’s arm around her as she cuddled closer to him. His warmth reminded her of how much things have changed.

Liam himself has changed. His eyes damaged from an enemy’s spear, he now wore spectacles, which made him look different. With this change came a new Liam, but definitely one who still loved Mirage.

They were together now – Liam and Mirage, safe inside the very house that she and Xymea stayed in on their first night that they spent in that new world that they learned to belong in now. How recent it all seemed as Mirage recalled how it all started – and how it all ended

AWH! It's so cute! XD Hikarii was with me when we saw this one, and she was like awwh! and i replied "fuck me, I couldn't even draw the heart!", she laughed because I suck at art D:

Anyway, this is adorable! The whole "peeping over the box" thing, the little tooth, the huge curious eyes! Its an adorable entry, thanks so much :)
